Buttermilk Biscuit Mix (8 oz.)

Easy way to make delicious, old-fashioned baking powder biscuits.

Yields: 20 Wraps

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2

    Combine biscuit mix and water. Blend to a soft dough and cut in half. On floured surface, roll out to a 10” x 8” rectangle. Spread 3 tablespoons of margarine or butter on dough.

  • Step 3

    Combine cheese and oregano; sprinkle over margarine or butter.

  • Step 4

    Cut in half lengthwise. Cut each strip into five 4” x 2” rectangles. Place sausage on top. Roll up firmly and place on baking sheet, seam side down.

  • Step 5

    Repeat with other half of dough. Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
