Having a small crowd over for breakfast? One person wants blueberries on their pancakes while someone else wants crumbled bacon? Not a problem. Sheet Pan Pancakes, made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, mean no more cooking a few pancakes at a time. Now everyone can have warm, fresh pancakes together.
Yields: 1 Half Sheet Pan
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease an 18” x 13” half sheet pan.
Combine Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix and sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend in remaining ingredients until large lumps disappear.
Pour batter into pan and bake 13 – 17 minutes or until lightly browned.
For toppings on Sheet Pan Pancakes (optional): Bake pancakes for 8 minutes. Carefully add optional toppings of choice to top of pancakes. Bake an additional 7 minutes, or until lightly browned.
