Shortcakes made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix are easy to make and super delicious! Add any combination of fruit to make a refreshing sweet treat.
Yields: 5 – 6 Shortcakes
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine ingredients to make a soft dough.
On floured surface, knead 2 – 3 times. Roll or pat out to 1/2″ thick. Cut with 3″ floured cutter.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet 10 – 12 minutes. Serve warm with fruit and whipped cream.
