Skillet Cornbread made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin mix is a welcome addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Yields: 8 – 10 Servings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Preheat a 10” cast iron skillet in the oven.
Combine ingredients. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Grease skillet. Pour batter into skillet. Bake 18 – 23 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
