Tropical Banana Bread made with “JIFFY” Banana Muffin Mix is loaded with macadamia nuts and coconut flakes for a perfect fun in the sun baking experience.
Yields: 3 Small Loaves or 1 Large Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease three 5-1/2” x 3” loaf pans or one 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Combine eggs, bananas, and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine muffin mixes, pudding mix and coconut. Add banana mixture and blend well. Fold in macadamia nuts.
For small loaf pan, bake 35 – 40 minutes. For large loaf pan, bake 60 – 65 minutes.
