White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies made with “JIFFY” Raspberry Muffin Mix are a sweet, easy treat you can enjoy with friends, family and all guests alike.
Yields: 42 – 44 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat cream cheese, butter, shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until well combined. Add muffin mix and flour. Beat until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
